Welcome to Venza Socks. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of venzasocks.com (the "Site") and to every purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About us

The Site is operated by Venza Socks, 5444 Peterson Ln, Apt 1012, Dallas, TX 75240, United States ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at info@venzasocks.com. Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc.

2. Using the Site

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or use the Site with the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, or to submit false information.

3. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our socks, leg warmers and slipper socks as accurately as possible, including colours, lengths, sizes and materials. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and measurements can vary a little from pair to pair. If an item you receive is not as described, see our Refund Policy.

4. Prices and availability

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice. Products are subject to availability, and items shown as sold out cannot be ordered. We may limit quantities or refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot ship to your address. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

5. Orders and payment

When you place an order you will receive an email confirming that we received it. A contract is formed when your order ships. You agree to provide accurate payment, contact and shipping information. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout; we do not store your full card details.

6. Shipping

We offer free Standard shipping on every US order and a flat $10 USD rate to the rest of the world. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery times and other details are set out in our Shipping Policy. International customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes charged by their country.

7. Returns and refunds

Unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Damaged, defective or wrong items are replaced or refunded. The full terms are in our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, product photos, graphics, logos and the Venza Socks name, belongs to Venza Socks or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Reviews and messages

If you send us comments, reviews or other content, you confirm that it is your own, honest opinion and does not break any law or anyone else's rights. We may use, edit or remove such content.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its "Last updated" date, applies to your use of the Site from that date.
